To realize its vision, JKL Consulting has outlined a set of values and beliefs that guide conduct in the workplace. The company’s core values are innovation, teamwork, equity, aggressiveness, fairness, and respect for individuals. Supporting these values are the company’s belief in honest relationships and open communication, the invaluable role of a team spirit, humility and tolerance to diversity, and the importance of being adventurous as well as open-minded.
Several factors influence a company’s culture; leadership is one of them. With good leadership skills, managers influence organizational culture by setting realistic agenda, delegating responsibilities, providing employees with direction and purpose, and inspiring their employees to work towards the mission and vision (Indeed Editorial Team, 2021). More importantly, leaders influence organizational culture when they act as role models, exemplifying the values and beliefs they expect employees to uphold. Secondly, leaders who understand the importance of listening to their subordinates play a significant role in building a strong organizational culture. Listening makes employees feel valued, which motivates them to pursue the organization’s mission and goals. Lastly, transformational leaders who focus on empowering workers to become autonomous and creative also reinforce a strong company culture (Tsai, 2011). Such leadership skills help employees to become better at solving problems and handling complex issues.
The JKL Ventures organizational culture is shaped by, among other things, the values as well as beliefs that are held in the company. Whilst acknowledging that our company comprises people with diverse values together with beliefs and that none of these values/beliefs are correct or incorrect, JKL Ventures has identified a number of values and beliefs that it will give emphasis to. These include teamwork, fairness and respect for individuals, aggressiveness, and innovativeness.

We offer to engage them in every strategic decision that we make; this way, our vendors will feel a sense of ownership in JKL Consulting.
